Ah, the humble floppy disk. Once the mainstream of portable information, it has been relegated to the dustbin of time.
And yet, it lives on, every single second of every single day. People use it without even knowing. It is, of course, the “save” icon. Although, along with these 14 other items, it doesn’t really make sense any more in today’s world.
It will be interesting to see how long it will take before we all forget what the “save” icon actually means. Onwards!
