Live X-Ray View Of Rubik’s Cube Solver

This is pretty cool. It’s a live X-ray view of a Rubik’s Cube being solved. It’s really interesting to see the insides of a Rubik’s Cube, and how simple yet elegant it is. Also, although the LEGO solver isn’t nearly as fast as the CubeStormer II, it still does a pretty decent job!

Can you see inside a Rubik’s Cube while it’s being solved? We filmed a LEGO Rubik’s Cube-solving robot inside an X-ray CT chamber at Swansea University. Process carried out at JohnstonLab XIChaL – Swansea University on a Nikon XTH225 LEGO design and code is from Tilted Twister 2.0” (YouTube)
