Images From A Decade Of Mars Exploration

martian-sunsetHumans have sent several robots to explore Mars, and during their time there, these robots have taken some extraordinary photographs.

NASA have collected together a decade’s worth of images from Spirit and Opportunity for you to marvel at, and marvel you should, for the images are phenomenal. Ranging from a most peculiar sunset (perhaps my favourite image of the lot), to pictures of the rovers themselves, to the dusty landscape of Mars, these images will truly capture your imagination. With Curiosity now down on the red planet as well, we shall be receiving a wealth of new images too.

Onwards!
