If The Moon Were Only 1 Pixel

MoonIf the moon were only 1 pixel, what would our solar system look like to scale? 1 pixel equates to 3474.8 km.

The answer, as I’m sure you’re aware, is a whole lot of nothing. And by nothing, I mean empty space. Really, really empty space.

I actually scrolled through all near 6 billion kilometres of space. To keep you amused, there are entertaining and educational little bits of information scattered in the void, so be sure not to miss them.

Prepare to take a trip from our Sun, all the way to our outermost planet (ahem) Pluto. Onwards!
