2×2 – 7×7 Rubik’s Cube World Record

This video is… mental. Kevin Hays, a professional “speedcuber“, has broken the world record for solving progressively more difficult Rubik’s Cubes, from 2×2 up to 7×7. His time? 6:23.81. He manages to solve the 3×3 cube in 9 seconds, which is just 4 seconds slower than the CubeStormer II.

If you’ve ever wondered what is going on on the inside of a Rubik’s Cube whilst it is being solved, check out this live x-ray view of a Rubik’s Cube solver. Alternatively, watch a guy solve three Rubik’s Cubes… whilst juggling them.

All mightily impressive! Onwards!
