The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights

UDHR

Today, December 10th, is Human Rights Day. “The date was chosen to honour the United Nations General Assembly’s adoption and proclamation, on 10 December 1948, of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the first global enunciation of human rights and one of the first major achievements of the new United Nations.” (Wiki)

I doubt many people have read all 30 of the fundamental human rights, and if you are one of them, I strongly encourage you to do so. They seem especially vital in today’s world, and it’s worthwhile for people to stop and read what the UDHR has to say.

Our rights. Our Freedoms. Always. Onwards!
