PHD Comics – Dark Matters

PHD Comics, written by Jorge Cham, is an excellent comic strip about the life (or the lack thereof) of grad students in Academia. I can fully relate to a many of the issues raised, especially the perils of procrastination and the continual search for free food! Definitely well worth reading the comics.

The above video talks about Dark Matter, and how CERN’s LHC is helping to answer the question: What is it? I love the way that the drawings really enhance what is being said, and make it clearer to understand. Fascinating stuff.
