There are some structures and buildings in the world that once experienced a wealth of activity but, for one reason or another, have fallen into disrepair and been abandoned.
Over at My Science Academy, they have a collection of 30 of the most beautiful, abandoned places on Earth. The images are stunning examples of how nature has reclaimed the land that we once owned. They’re all extremely evocative, with each picture having a story to tell and a history to reveal.
Utterly fascinating. Which is your favourite location? Onwards!
